The Jam Café

The Jam Café

Ideal For... Families

Chichester is a beautiful and historic city, with many wonderful visitor attractions for you to enjoy. A very popular destination with families, Chichester has so much to offer even to the most difficult to please visitor. Just a stone’s throw from its centre, you’ll find a café that’s a brilliant hang out spot for you and your children, after you have exhausted yourselves and fancy a nice break. Jam Café is not just a coffee shop though. It is bursting with colours, sounds and things to do so while you drink their amazing coffee and enjoy the homemade cakes on offer. There is a selection of board games for that ‘I’m bored’ moment you may hear after a while and you can also get involved in one of their crafting activities or musical challenges on offer.

The purchases you make at the Jam Café provide much-needed funds for Creative Beatz, a charity which helps youngsters to have more access to the arts. It provides vital drop-in sessions, workshops and educational projects, held at the Café during quiet periods. So, as you settle back with a slice of cake and a tasty coffee, you’ll realise they taste even better when you’ve done something good.

Jam Café is located in Southgate, just a short walk from the world-famous Cathedral. As it’s a not-for-profit community asset, you can rest assured that every penny spent on your tea, coffee, snack, pizza or panini will be gratefully received and conscientiously spent. What more could you possibly want?
