Now managed by the National Trust, Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters offer a wonderful day out with all the family, so get ready to don the walking boots and get up close and personal with a stunning landmark.

There are around 500 acres of unspoilt and very dramatic countryside for you to explore here. Whether you’re looking to enjoy stunning views out to see from the clifftops, investigate rockpools on the beach with the children, spend time spotting the various forms of wildlife that call the Seven Sisters home or just blow the cobwebs away with a bracing walk, you really couldn’t choose a better place. Many people regard this as the number one natural attraction in the whole region, and it’s easy to see why.
