Ardingly Activity Centre

Ideal for: Couples, Everyone, Families, Older Flyers, Solo Flyers
Ardingly Activity Centre is a great place for water-based activities, whatever your age or ability level. They include the likes of dinghy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking and more.

Fun and games are always special, but they become absolutely unforgettable at the wonderful Ardingly Activity Centre. Whether you’re an experienced water sports regular or you’re new to all the excitement, this superb facility has everything you need. Located at the famous Ardingly Reservoir in a beautifully tranquil setting, this is the place for idyllic days out for young and old alike.

There are a number of things to be enjoyed on the water here, including dinghy sailing. There are courses available for those who are looking to master this challenging activity, so be sure to give it a go. Windsurfing is another favourite with both juniors and adults, and there are classes available for complete beginners, too. Canoeing sessions for all standards are also popular, and if you fancy something a little more high-octane, you will want to experience some powerboating.

And if you can’t make your mind up (and why should you?), why not sign up for a multi-activity course? This brings you a chance to sample windsurfing, kayaking and stand-up paddle-boarding all on the same day. These days are extremely popular, so advance booking is likely to be a must.

At some point during your time here, you’ll want to slow things down with a bite to eat and a well-earned drink. The Black Hut Kiosk is perfect for those moments when you need to unwind a little and reflect on what a wonderful day you’ve been having.
