Sea Lanes

Ideal for: Couples, Families, Physically Impaired, Solo Flyers
Head to the seafront at Brighton for a place that's all about swimming, but not as we know it

Few activities are as invigorating, as healthy or as downright enjoyable as swimming, especially when it can take place in one of the UK’s most iconic outdoor location. Right here on the fabulous Brighton seafront, you can enjoy a swim at a year-round, open air 50-metre pool that, in just a year or so, has become a must-visit for both locals and visitors from out of town.

There’s far more to Sea Lanes than just an occasional dip for swimming enthusiasts. It boasts a relaxing sauna and a cycling studio for those who prefer life on two wheels. And as you might expect from such a popular facility, there’s also a highly rated café for those times when all you need from life is a refreshing drink and a mouth-watering meal.

Sea Lanes also offers adult swim coaching, for everyone from experienced specialists to nervous non-swimmers and all points in between. Open water coaching is also available for those who want to head out to the sea instead. The facility also has a range of accessibility features, including a dipper hoist and ramped access.

You’ll find Sea Lanes in a prestigious location, on Brighton’s famous Madeira Drive halfway between the Palace Pier and the Marina. Check it out soon and remind yourself that swimming is and always was a fun activity.
